Marca by BolognaFiere & ADM – scheduled for 13 - 14 January 2027 at Bologna’s Trade Fair District – is the only Private Label event where large-scale Retailers are also exhibitors. The 23rd Marca by BolognaFiere & ADM is a unique opportunity to get a first-hand overview of product availability, meet buyers and category managers from major international chains, and do business with both top-end food and non-food producers and retailers looking to fill their shelves with own-brand products.

Food
Food products feature largely at Marca by BolognaFiere, where Made-in-Italy food takes pride of place. Bread, pasta, pizza, tomato sauce, meat, poultry and cured meats, cheese, condiments and desserts will be among the top products on show. Hundreds of companies will be on hand to illustrate their traditional and innovative products to retailers, importers and national and international buyers from the large-scale retailing industry.
Non food
Sustainability and efficiency are key features of the non-food products on show at Marca by BolognaFiere & ADM. The range includes home and personal care products catering especially for the increasingly popular private-label market. Alongside non-food product manufacturers, suppliers of packaging, services and logistics are increasingly represented at the show. Retailers will get a thorough update of what’s happening in the non-food market and the private-label opportunities out there.

Marca Fresh
Fresh produce, especially fruit and vegetables, are increasingly on the top of consumers’ to-buy list. Not only wholesome and health-promoting, fresh foods are also an ideal private label product. Marca Fresh is the exclusive format for sustainable innovation in the fruit and vegetable sector, a show-within-a-show where, together with SG Marketing, BolognaFiere turns the spotlight on this sector’s strategic role. Participants will receive in-depth analyses of the market as well as have exchange and networking opportunities - all essential to keep abreast of a fast-changing market sector.
The sixth edition of Marca Fresh will cover an area of 2,500 square meters and feature a record presence of over 80 companies across 130 exhibition modules. MARCA Fresh represents the highest concentration of “fresh” excellence ever, a clear sign of the sector’s vitality and its central role in private label strategies. Here, companies will be able to meet modern retail players and buyers from major distribution chains, stay up to date on trends and consumer habits, hear best-case studies, and engage in discussions on new consumer needs.
Marca Tech
Marca Tech is the area at Marca by BolognaFiere & ADM dedicated to intermediate supply-chain goods and services: packaging, logistics, raw materials, ingredients, technology and services. This trade-show section will provide an all-encompassing view of operator innovations in their drive for greater sustainability and efficiency.
Marca Tech returns in 2026 for its 13th edition, confirming the sector’s major importance for companies eager to stay up-to-date by developing technological solutions to optimise production flows, make effective use of resources, and introduce increasingly sustainable packaging.

MARCA Trend Area by Marca by BolognaFiere & ADM

The MARCA Trend area will be the reference point this year for those who want to keep updated on the latest trends of Private Label and discover in which ways industry and distribution are moving.
Located at Service Center of Bologna's exhibition centre, the Marca Trend Area is the beating heart of Marca by BolognaFiere & ADM, offering a concrete and visual overview of the different sides of Private Label.
A space dedicated to innovation and visibility.
The space will be organised to accommodate the Retail Brand Area, that is, the Retailer Showcases, which will offer a unique overview within the trade fair of the new products from the main Large Scale Retail chains that will be on display.
Next to each showcase, there will be a QR code that will allow visitors to view the digital catalogue ‘PL New Products Guide’ containing references to products launched in 2025 or soon to be launched in 2026 by each Retailer.
There will also be a LED wall in a central position with images rotating at 7-second intervals of the 3 most important products among the 12 displayed by each brand.
In addition, the MARCA Trend area will be enriched by the Marca Awards, which will recognise:
Best Innovation Product: (ex IPLS) which highlights the best product innovations presented by exhibiting companies at MARCA by BolognaFiere & ADM, organised with the support of IPLC, in the following categories:

The nominated products and finalist companies for the two awards will be on display in the MARCA Trend area, offering visitors the opportunity to see the latest innovations and selected companies in person.
