Surrounded by verdant forests and the pristine waters of the Alferello waterfalls, Fumaiolo is situated at the base of the Tuscan-Romagna Appennines. We produce fresh frozen pasta, piadina, tortelli sulla lastra and sauces since 1985.  All of the ingredients we use are natural, and there are no additives or preservatives. We believe in the strength of our territory, and we always prioritize our customers needs. Cold is the sole method employed to preserve our products.
