La Bottega di Ado' produces high-quality cured pork meats typical of the Tuscan region. We are a family-run business with over 100 years of history, located in Montignoso (MS). Our signature products are sausages, salamis, and especially cured meats aged in marble basins (lard, stretched and rolled pancetta, and guanciale). Each product is the result of a careful selection of spices and raw materials, which are then analyzed and dissected by our butchers.
