The Serfunghi of Bruno Calabretta rises within the national park of Serre Calabre. The company was founded in 1995, and in fact the true origins of Serfunghi date back to 1964 when far away, my father Raffaele returned to Serra San Bruno, after having immigrated to France, decided to undertake a new adventure. This consisted in the collection of products that nature offered, in particular mushrooms. My father became an expert collector of mushrooms, dried porcini mushrooms
