Slow Wine Fair and SANA Food, at BolognaFiere from 22 to 24 February, unite good, clean and fair wine with healthy food in one B2B event. Three pavilions showcase sustainable, organic, vegan and PDO/PGI products from companies committed to quality and the environment. Aimed at Horeca and specialty shops, it hosts more than 300 foreign buyers, the Fiera dell’Amaro d’Italia, Slow Food Coffee Coalition roasters, masterclasses and professional meetings.
