Antico Pastificio Morelli 1860 has been producing pasta in Tuscany for five generations. Today, the business is run by the three siblings: Antonio, Lucia, and Marco Morelli. Using traditional artisanal techniques, they produce both classic and specialty dry pasta. Everything starts with a careful selection of Italian and Tuscan semolina which, together with other ingredients, is slowly kneaded using the same methods as in the past.
