Marca China Moving to Guangzhou with a Full Upgrade, Leading New Trends in Private Labels

The fourth Marca China Private Label Fair (Marca China) will take place on 25-26 September 2025 at the Guangzhou Poly World Trade Expo Centre. As the sister fair of Marca by BolognaFiere, Marca China is moving to Guangzhou and undergoing a comprehensive upgrade, aiming to provide a professional display and trade platform for high-quality manufacturers, retailers, and brand owners in the global private label industry, leading the industry's continued development in China and promoting the strategic transformation of the supplier-retailer relationship.

Introduction of the Exhibition

Marca China 2025 is centered around two main sectors: food and non-food. The food sector encompasses snacks and beverages, agricultural and sideline products, instant food and canned food, refrigerated and frozen food, and fresh food; while the non-food sector includes household products, beauty and personal care products, pet products, as well as packaging, design and consulting. The fair will cover a total exhibiting space of 20,000 square metres with over 500 high-quality manufacturers, OEMs/ODMs, and source factories, attracting more than 20,000 professional visitors. A series of industry forums, themed pavilions, and match-making activities will be held on-site, where professional buyers and industry experts from different countries will be invited for international communication and cooperation.

The Innovative "2+1+N" Model

Marca China adopts an innovative “2+1+N” model, which consists of 2 fair days, 1 Supplier-Retailer Day, and N road shows throughout the year.

"2" refers to 2 fair days during which the exhibition is open to all industry professionals. Over 500 high-quality exhibitors will showcase global-standard private label products to more than 20,000 retailers, brand owners, specialty stores, e-commerce and brand operators, traders, importers, exporters, and other professional buyers. The event also features multiple industry forums and activities.

"1" refers to the 1 Supplier-Retailer Day. This is held the day before the exhibition and includes training sessions, buyer sharing sessions, a featured product showcase, and a welcome dinner. The aim is to establish an ideal business platform for exhibitors and buyers to connect.

"N" refers to road shows throughout the year, serving as an extension of Supplier-Retailer Day. Marca China will continue to organise a series of road shows across the country. These events will include industry trend report releases, featured product displays, business matchmaking, and other formats to create more opportunities for exhibitors and potential buyers to engage in business communication.

Positioning and Role of the Exhibition
