Our company has just celebrated 30 years of history and presents itself at Marca with a big novelty: crispy salami chips. Building on our history in cured meats and specializing in the HoReCa world, we have developed a product that targets mainly the end consumer: practical and convenient 25 g sachets of salami chips (and other cured meats) seasoned with a variety of spices and aromas; from classic chili pepper to the more sophisticated truffle.
