Tonno Tripodi was born from a family story of passion and redemption, inspired by grandmother Grazia, who in the 1960s worked first as a factory worker and later as quality manager at the Nostromo tuna factory. Grazia, a leading figure in the artisanal processing of tuna, continued this tradition even after the factory closed, producing jars of tuna at home that were highly appreciated by friends and neighbors. The current brand, a tribute to her legacy, aims to bring new life to that tradition
