Marca Poland 2025

Marca Poland offers a unique opportunity for Italian and international copackers to present PL products on the Polish market.

Inspired by the success of MarcabyBolognaFiere, the event aims to connect private label producers from the food and non-food sectors with major European retail chains.

More than 200 exhibitors from Poland, Italy, Spain, Germany and other countries as well as 250 international buyers from major European retailers are expected to attend.

Marca Poland is organized by BolognaFiere S.p.A. and MTP Group and will be held at the new Poznan exhibition center on April 2nd and 3rd, 2025.

  • Private label (PL) turnover represents from 20% to 50% of global sales for the main retailers in Europe, probably the area most innovative and sophisticated in this field.
  • Driven by several growth factors, in the next ten years we expect that the PL business will grow a lot in Eastern Europe also, where there is a big potential of development.
  • BolognaFiere has decided to continue the international promotion of its show Marca (Bologna, 15-16 January 2025) with the launch of a new event – Marca Poland - together with MTP, the International Poznan Fair, a long–experienced partner with a modern infrastructure located in central position in Eastern Europe.
  • The goal is to support the matching between companies active in the Private Label business in Western and Eastern European countries (Poland, but also Romania, Hungary, Czech Republic, Bulgaria,…) with local retailers.
  • Marca Poland will be presented to the local retailers as the best possible source for developing their strategy thanks to meetings with top expert international producers in PL sector, as also conferences, meetings and benchmark with other retailers.
  • Marca Poland will take place every year and will be an international event: MTP and BolognaFiere will invite together specialized trade visitors and exhibitors from the PL industry both from Italy and Europe.
  • In particular, MTP will contact Polish companies that already exhibit at POLAGRA (the important food&bev show that take place every September in Poznan) and also promote the show to other Eastern Countries potential exhibitors and visitors.
  • Marca Poland will have a focus on the food and beverage sector, but companies of the non-food sector will also be invited (from different sectors: hous ecare, beauty, brico, pet food and pet care…).
  • The main visitors of Marca Poland will be experts of PL business, as also category managers, decision makers, purchasing directors, who are also interested in packaging solutions, labelling, ingredients and pricing.
