Corte Parma was established in 2001 as an artisanal slicing activity of high quality Italian cured and cooked meats. In 2012 Corte Parma evolves, expanding to new product ranges, developing on the European markets and focusing on Private Labels and New Product Development. In Summer 2017 become active two new facilities: one dedicated to sliced and portioned cheeses, snacks and 'aperitivo'products; the second one allergen free, dedicated to charcuterie slicing activity.
