The farm was located in Alghero, on the north-eastern coast of Sardinia, in 1800, cultivating the olive oil area of ??the Alghero area, in an ideal competition for olive oil with a temperate climate mitigated by the proximity of the sea. Today the farm is managed, with dedication and passion, personally by the Fois family who directly follows all the processing phases, from the cultivation of the olives to their transformation.
